Architectural Renderings

Frame the Future

Our rendering team is led by a veteran with 13+ years of experience in architecture visualization. We can create the life-like "photographs" of designs that haven’t been built yet to help effectively market a new project.

And once they’re digital, these can easily be made into fly-through animations or built out as a scale model.

Visualization for Your Audience

Renderings can be beneficial at any point in the design or approval process.  If you're just getting started with the design, we recommend using a water-color effects to allow your clients to see the concept without feeling like the design is already set in stone. As concepts are refined we can create photo-realistic images to show investors, city officials, or future homeowners what their investment will look like.

Renderings display:

  • Detailed views of a building's exterior and interior spaces
  • Accurate representations (or enhanced if you like) of lighting and seasons based on longitude and latitude
  • Common objects and people for better understanding of scale and proportions

The Process

To build out these images, we start with your digital 3D file or we create one from your 2D drawings.  Then we incorporate any topographic data of the surrounding landscape. From here we can apply material textures, schemes, vegetation, and topography details to produce a polished image of what’s possible.

This frees the architect to focus on the design details and managing their client and vendor relationships.
